• Mr. Uthman won a dismissal for a client falsely accused of domestic violence after his investigation uncovered false statements by the accusing witness and inaccuracies in the police investigation.
• By highlighting flaws in the police investigation of a client was facing a significant jail time for a third DUI, Mr. Uthman had the charge reduced to a “wet reckless.”
